Mission
Our mission is to provide an environment conducive to the academic, professional, and personal growth of our members. We aim to develop future business leaders through networking opportunities, professional development programs, and a strong support system of peers and alumni.

A Message From
Our President
Greetings,
Thank you for your interest in Phi Chi Theta, Binghamton’s newest, fastest-growing, and most diverse professional business fraternity on campus. As a recently established fraternity, our chapter has a strong commitment to entrepreneurship and leadership, two key characteristics of our first pillar – Professionalism. We mirror the image of Binghamton University in our own organization by being open to all majors to diversify our knowledge, explore different perspectives, and expand our networks. In the Zeta Kappa chapter, we value knowledge as success, and aim to share our professional and personal experiences with each other to push our members to succeed.
As one of two professional business fraternities at Binghamton University, we strive to prepare our peers for both their academic and professional journey. We pride ourselves on helping our brothers and sisters reach their goals through our active alumni network and various workshops held each semester. No matter which career path you take, you will find mentorship in Phi Chi Theta, as our brothers and sisters span across SOM, Harpur, and Watson, and our alumni have experience at companies such as EY, PwC, Jefferies, Morgan Stanley, Disney, JP Morgan, and many more. Regardless of your academic background, membership in Phi Chi Theta will prepare you for success and simultaneously foster a community built on our three pillars: Professionalism, Fraternity, and Service.
In Phi Chi Theta, we place just as much emphasis on Fraternity and Service as we place on Professionalism. In our chapter we are more than just classmates, we are a brother and sisterhood made up of nearly 40 active members and 80 Binghamton alumni. Our commitment to these friendships shines through our various activities that occur year round. Our members feel a sense of connection and belonging not only with each other, but to the greater Binghamton community. We are dedicated to community service and philanthropic causes, participating and spearheading numerous multi-organization events.
We hope you consider joining Phi Chi Theta this semester and we look forward to meeting you!

I joined to find a supportive network and stayed because of the genuine connections I made. The highlight has been meeting ambitious students from different majors who all share similar values.

Leslie Cisneros
Accounting and MIS
As a computer engineering major, creating and joining a business fraternity seemed unusual, but my genuine interest in business and economics made it the perfect fit. I met like-minded people from various majors, from English to Marketing, and formed genuine connections with nearly every member of the fraternity.

Founding PCT has allowed me to connect with individuals that are motivated to succeed in the business world. They have helped me develop my public speaking and interview skills greatly, which led to my internship at Jefferies.
