A Message From
Our President
Hi, I am Samalie Snyder-Feintuch, President of Phi Chi Theta. I am also 1 of the 9 co-founders of the Zeta Kappa chapter at Binghamton University. As President, my goal is to represent our organization by upholding its values and ensuring every business and economics student at Binghamton University has the opportunity to join. As a transfer student, I am grateful for the community and lifelong friendships I’ve found through Phi Chi Theta. Our core values are Professionalism, Fraternity, and Service, which we strive for each brother and sister to embody.
As 1 of the 3 Co-Ed business fraternities on campus, we aim to provide students with the tools for success both during their time at Binghamton and after graduation. One of my favorite opportunities offered to our members is the National Mentoring Program. This program pairs members with Phi Chi Theta alumni to meet weekly and discuss goal development, career preparation, and transitioning to the workplace. It includes discussions, resume critiques, and mock interviews, helping our members be more prepared for their careers.
We hope that you decide to join Phi Chi Theta, as you’ll gain more than just a membership in a fraternity—you’ll gain a network of current members and alumni, lifelong friendships and mentors, and invaluable experiences that will set you on the path to success. Your professional journey begins here!

I joined to find a supportive network and stayed because of the genuine connections I made. The highlight has been meeting ambitious students from different majors who all share similar values.

As a computer engineering major, creating and joining a business fraternity seemed unusual, but my genuine interest in business and economics made it the perfect fit. I met like-minded people from various majors, from English to Marketing, and formed genuine connections with nearly every member of the fraternity.

Founding PCT has allowed me to connect with individuals that are motivated to succeed in the business world. They have helped me develop my public speaking and interview skills greatly, which led to my internship at Jefferies.
